Studio

I studied fine art originally, and at a certain point I realized I wanted to apply those skills to graphic design. I moved to New York in May of 2024 to fully pursue design work. A lot of my work explores the relationship between analog and digital. I like the tension between the two and how they can sit together in the same space. I think that the future needs the past. Innovation isn’t about abandoning what came before. It’s about reinterpreting it. And I think we’re seeing more of that now. This collaboration. People want something real.

I’m drawn to details like micro-graphics, small text elements, unusual alignments, and dense compositions aided by rigid grid systems and diagram like structures. They help provide texture, depth and intention.
A big influence for me is the SIX publication produced by Comme des Garçons under Rei Kawakubo between 1988 and 1991. It wasn’t really a fashion magazine. It was more like a cultural object. Minimal text, heavy focus on imagery, art, and atmosphere.

The name referred to the “sixth sense” - something beyond the five physical senses. That idea of design creating emotion, perception, and mood rather than just communicating information really resonates with me.

That angle is the foundation of my design language.
